Exciting updates the pool has received over the last couple of years thanks to our HOA/ Pool Memberships:
•Pool resurfacing, and tile and pool stairs replacement
•Key Fob Gate System for more hours of operation and extended pool season
•A brand-new deck for sunbathing
•New pool rocking chairs and lounge chairs
•Baby pool area cabana
•Bathroom repairs
•Pool cleaning company for regular cleaning visits
•Replacement of falling wood fence with upgraded chain link for better pool views
•New landscaping on George Rd. side of new pool fence

Our CHF pool is now host to The Wave swim club who will use our facilities throughout the year and help us to maintain, not only the cleanliness of the pool, but also the newly added heaters which will be on during winter months only.

The HOA budgets and spends on many neighborhood additions, but we are always raising money for specific needs in the community areas. Right now, any money raised goes towards the brand-new Playground Playscape, and items for the Tennis Court - most importantly, seating and badly needed shade structures and shade fence additions. New Pool Key FOB Gate Entry System installed May 2022
Tennis Court Resurfacing is complete and two new gates with FOB access have been installed! For information on membership visit the Tennis Courts tab to learn more! (We do not have a calendar for booking courts right now. It is first come, first serve basis)
